About Us Noah’s Ark Christian School began as a vision from charter members of American Canyon Community Church to fulfill a need for community’s families for quality care. Noah’s Ark first opened it’s doors in 1971. Since then, we have been serving the families of American Canyon and surrounding cities with commitment and excellence both in care and education. |

School Philosophy Noah’s Ark Christian School is a state licensed non-profit tuition based center that is opened year round. We believe that parents are the child’s first and most important teachers. We are here to partner with families in American Canyon and surrounding areas to prepare children for their next educational environment. At Noah’s Ark we seek to respect and nurture the whole child. We understand they have emotional, physical, social, creative, cognitive and spiritual needs that are integrally related with each other. Therefore we offer diverse activities, both structured and non-structured, that engage your child at an developmentally appropriate level to meet those needs. We believe children are natural learners who seek to understand and explore their world. When they are allowed to do such, they develop a strong sense of self, confidence and readiness for their future. Enrollment Qualifications Children between the ages of 24 months through 6 years old, who are toilet trained and fulfill the state vaccination requirements are accepted. Enrollment is without regard to race, creed, abilities, or national origin . Staff/Program Because we want to be the very best childcare available, our staff maintain all state required professional and health and safety training certifications. We are committed to keeping a fresh perspective by participating in workshops and classes offered by local early childhood education consortiums and community colleges.
